Article Processing Charges

There is no submission charges, page charges, or colour charges, etc, but authors need to pay for GPH Editing Services: editorial work, layout format editing, rapid grammar check.

The corresponding author of each accepted paper is required to pay Article Processing Charge (APC) before the accepted paper is published online. Published papers appear electronically and are freely available on our website. We are the non-profitable organization, however, to support the cost of the wide dissemination of research results through the publication of journal articles, production, and maintenance of archives in the database, the corresponding author is requested to pay publication fee for their full paper (There is no individual author fee) as mentioned below,

  • We request you to make the payment within a week of time after receiving the invoice.

Manuscript Handling Fee Waiver Policy and Mode

We will like to give some of the reasons for charging publication handling fee.

Gph-Research Journals is a self-supporting organization and does not receive funding from any institution/government. Hence, the operation of the Journal is solely financed by the handling fees received from authors. The handling fees are required to meet operations expenses such as employees’ salaries, internet services, electricity, etc.

It costs money to produce a peer-reviewed, edited and formatted article that is ready for online publication, and to host it on a server that is freely accessible without barriers around the clock.

We ask that as a small part of the cost of doing the research, the author, institution, or funding agency pays a modest fee to help cover the actual cost of the essential final step, which is the publication.

However, we can offer you a partial waiver of the handling fee, but not a full waiver.

The author can currently pay the Article Processing Charges via PayPal, Net Banking, Western Union Money Transfer. Different countries support different payment methods, so authors can choose the convenient payment method when paying for the Article Processing Charges. Under some circumstances, the journal provides some discounts for authors from relatively low-income countries or reviewers who provide timely and substantial comments or authors. Note: Once the publication fee is paid and the paper published with GPH Journal can not be withdrawn at any cost. The author must send paper to one journal at once and wait for the notification about acceptance of his paper.
